Canada’s Sphere Acquires Local Distributor MK2 Mile End

Sphere, a Montreal-based manufacturing and distribution company, was acquired by the Canadian MK2 Mile End company.

Launched in 2017 by Charles Tremblay with the French MK2 team, MK2 will be taken over by Sphere, the leading distributor of Mile End films, and appointed as Tremblay President. The French company MK2 will no longer have a stake in the Canadian company.

Sphere continues to operate in international film distribution through Sphere Films (formerly WaZabi Films), selling Anik Poirier and Lauren Price films internationally.
