He believes this “dirty” practice puts professionals and amateurs on the same level. “For the last few years, people have been talking about movies in terms of content. It’s a dirty word. This isn’t “content”, it’s fucking business. I’m not a snob, but there are two parallel industries. One of them does not care much about the artistic value of the work. Go crazy, engage with subscribers… But cinema is completely different,” fumed the actor.
