SPINGSTEEN Final Trailer: DELIVER ME FROM NOTHING

20th Century Studios has released the final trailer for Springsteen: Free me from nothingwhich dives into the life and career of rock legend Bruce Springsteen.

Inspired by Warren Zanes’ book of the same name, the story centers on the creation of Springsteen’s 1982 masterpiece Nebraskarecorded alone in his bedroom in New Jersey while he was also working Born in the United States with the E Street Band.

Movie stars Jeremy Allen White like The Boss, with Jeremy Forte, Paolo Walter Hauser, Stephen Graham, Odessa young, Gaby Hoffmann, Marco MaroneAND David Krumholtz completing the cast. White will sing songs from the film and said of his performance, “It doesn’t have to be perfect… I just want it to be perfect.”

The film “chronicles the making of Bruce Springsteen’s 1982 album Nebraska, when he was a young musician on the cusp of global stardom (with Jeremy Allen White as The Boss), struggling to reconcile the pressures of success with the ghosts of his past.

“Recorded on a 4-track tape recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey bedroom, the album marked a pivotal moment in his life and is considered one of his most enduring works: a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching for a reason to believe.”

This raw and personal chapter in Springsteen’s career represents a perfect cinematic exploration of the artistry, fame, and challenges that come with working with mental health and emotions.

Springsteen: Free me from nothing comes from the acclaimed director Scott Cooperknown for Crazy heart, Black mass, Hostileand more recently The pale blue eye.

Cooper not only directs, but also wrote the screenplay, adapting Zanes’ book with the goal of capturing the soul of Springsteen’s music. Produced by Cooper, Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Eric Robinson and Scott Stuber, the film promises a mix of intimate character study and rock ‘n roll energy.

With Jeremy Allen White stepping into The Boss’s shoes, fans of both film and music will want to keep him on their radar.

The film will be released in cinemas nationwide on October 24, 2025.
