At the ceremony, the 50 best restaurants in the Russian capital will be announced, as well as the winners in special categories such as “Chef of the Year”, “Sommelier of the Year” and “Waitress of the Year”. Currently, shortlists of candidates for victory in four special categories and the 50 best restaurants in Moscow are published on the Prize’s website and social networks. Special awards will be given to the top ten restaurants and the winners of the special nomination.
