A rumored start date and cast list have been released for Marvel’s next big ensemble film, Avengers: Judgment Day. We already know that the film will feature tons of variations throughout the Marvel Universe and will also introduce the movie Robert Downey Jr. back into this world to play Victor von Doom.
According to a list from Production Weekly, Avengers: Judgment Day will begin filming at the end of March in the UK. This lines up well, as the film will be released just over a year later. It seems to me that they should start production a little earlier, but if they can get it done in 13 months, they will have more power.
Cast members mentioned in the scoop include previously confirmed actors Robert Downey Jr. (Doctor Doom), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers/Nomad(?)) e Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson/Captain America), along with Fantastic Four: First Steps AND Lightning* casts, Tom Holland (Peter Parker/Spider-Man) e Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Fever). Ana de Armaswho was previously rumored to be up for a Marvel role, is also listed as a possibility.
We take all rumors as such before they are verified, but this doesn’t seem to be too far off, so it could end up being true. Check it out below and let us know what you think.
Avengers: Judgment Day arrives in theaters on May 1, 2026, followed by Avengers: Secret Wars on May 7, 2027.
