Marvel’s WONDER MAN set photos and videos point to the Wonder Man film franchise in the MCU

From Marvel The Wonder Man the project is currently in production and filming in Westwood, California. Today we have some photos from the set and a video that have emerged on social media. We saw our first footage of the series today.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II stars in the project as Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man, and was developed by Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) AND Andrea Guest (Hawkeye).

The set photos indicate this The Wonder Man will be its own film franchise within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is pretty fun.

Furthermore, the The Wonder Man the visualization includes a town surrounded by some sort of curse like the one Scarlet Witch has set up around Westview WandaVision.

Cretton will direct the first two episodes. This had already been revealed Ben Kingsley he is also set to reprise his role as Trevor Slattery in the series. The cast of the series also includes Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Wonder Man, Demetrius Grosso as Eric Williams/The Grim Reaper, Ed Harris as Neal Saroyan, Bob Odenkirk, Lauren Glazier, Courtney CoxAND Josh Gad.

The series will focus on Marvel character Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man. In the comics, he is “the son of a wealthy industrialist whose company is going through hard times due to competition from Tony Stark’s Stark Industries.

“As a result, Williams accepts an offer from the villain Baron Zemo that grants him ionic superpowers including super strength and durability. After fighting the Avengers several times, Wonder Man eventually joined their ranks.

On the official Marvel podcast, Kevin Feige he recently teased Wonder Man, saying, “We have a show coming up that we’ve talked about very little called Wonder Man, which I won’t talk about much today either other than to say it’s extremely different.

“It’s very exciting to be part of a company that’s 25 years old or more, and a company that’s been around for 85 years, located [within] the Walt Disney Company, which has been around for 100 years, and is still able to try new things, to take characters and stories to new places. That’s what excites me.”
