Here’s a fun trailer for a wild and violent horror comedy called Here for Blood. The film is a throwback film inspired by the blood fasts of the 80s and 90s. The film is described as “I like it Dead evil 2 with John Cena as Ash plus a dash of You’re next AND The nanny.”
The story follows a professional wrestler who is struggling to make ends meet. In an attempt to make ends meet, he agrees to babysit a 10-year-old girl. What begins as a rather cold night, degenerates into complete and bloody chaos when the house is invaded by a group of mentally deranged maniacs.
In the movie “When His Girlfriend, Phoebe (Joelle Farrow), is overwhelmed by university exams; Tom (Shawn Roberts), a rowdy professional wrestler struggling to make ends meet, agrees to make a last-minute replacement for her high-paying babysitting job. Tom arrives at a secluded family home where he meets precocious 10-year-old Grace. What begins as a peaceful night of pizza and video games quickly turns into bloody, violent chaos as Tom and Grace find themselves fighting for their lives when an otherworldly cult of masked intruders descends on the house.
The film was directed by Daniele Turres and he is also the protagonist Maya Misaljevic, Tara Spencer-NairnAND Michael Therriaultwith Twister Sister’s Dee Snider like the voice of the skull.
Here for Blood will release in select theaters and VOD+ streaming on Screambox starting February 9, 2024.
