This is the twist.
The Umbrella Academy is Netflix’s answer to the success of Amazon Prime’s The Boys. The series about a special team of superheroes has many similarities with the series about Homelander. But the audience did not like The Umbrella Academy because of the tons of blood and shocking episodes, but because of the completely realistic plot and interesting main characters.
Earlier this month, The Umbrella Academy returned for a fourth season, picking up six years after the events of the series’ third installment. The team reassembles for a new mission to save humanity and once again receives their superpowers.

Unfortunately, the fourth season of “The Umbrella Academy” did not appeal to viewers at all, and the final episode received a terrible rating of 4.8 points from IMDb users.
But the fourth installment of the superhero saga had its perks, too. While fans may have been slow to notice one Easter egg at the start of the season, it did give them hope for a very unusual crossover in the future.
The writers of The Umbrella Academy actually confirmed that the heroes of the series live in the same universe with the superheroes of Lady Bug and Cat Noir. Yes, a mature and very beautiful series is directly related to the popular children’s cartoon.
In the scene where Number Five’s CIA boss recounts the superhero’s past missions, he mentions a mission codenamed “Ladybug.”

Fans have speculated that Number Five has been sent to Paris to investigate the red-haired superheroine who is battling local supervillains.
The fourth season of The Umbrella Academy will be its final season, but fans are already hoping that Netflix can release a crossover between the superhero show and the French cartoon.
