There are only two reasons for this.
It is not so easy for an unprepared viewer to get involved in dizi (dizi – translated as “series”).

Only two factors were enough to change my mind: the plot and the lead actress.
The show revolves around a woman named Bahar, who, after completing her medical training, immediately left her practice to care for her child. Meanwhile, her husband advanced in his career and ran the clinic.
After working as a housewife for twenty years, the heroine firmly decided to become a doctor and joined the service in the same hospital, where she gave everyone – her husband, mother-in-law, friend – what they deserved.
The comedy drama was highly rated not only in Turkey, but also abroad: 7.6 points out of 10 on IMDb.
“This is the story of a character rising from the ashes after so many years of humiliation,” one reviewer described the project.
And Demet Evgar was 100% up to the role. She embodied an image that was captivating from the first minutes of the running time.
The star previously wowed audiences with a memorable performance in ‘Bright Flame’ before disappearing from view for several years.
It turns out she was going on maternity leave. The script probably found a response in her heart, and that’s why her performance came across as organic and charming.
In summary, “Bahar” is a work that breaks the usual stereotypes, charges with energy, gives a good mood and deserves recognition.
