Located in the small town of Los Alamos, California, the property is known as the 1880 Union. It was also used by Jon Bon Jovi as a filming location for his “Bang a Drum” music video with Chris Ladeaux.
In terms of the building’s history, it was originally established in 1880 as a coach station with storage and accommodation after a coach line was routed through the town.
However, after a fire in 1893 it had to be rebuilt and reopened as a hotel and saloon in 1915.

Photos show how the interior retains much of its authentic charm thanks to a number of original features, including a large fireplace, a vintage bar and worn wooden floorboards.
Although most of the furniture has an antique feel, a mix of modern pieces have been added to create an eclectic atmosphere.
The ground floor premises include an impressive reception room with original wooden furniture, an office, a ballroom, a kitchen and of course the front room.
