Russian budget airline Pobeda has launched a promotional ticket sale with fares starting from 999 rubles across more than 120 flight destinations.

The discounted fares are available for purchase on the carrier official website until 23:59 Moscow time on October 6. Passengers booking during the promotional window can travel on flights scheduled between October 6, 2026, and March 27, 2027.
Pobeda announced the special offer in a statement published on its website. Moscow time is UTC+3, meaning customers have until midnight local time in the capital to complete their bookings online.
Pobeda flight network and background
Pobeda Airlines is a major Russian low-cost carrier and a wholly owned subsidiary of Aeroflot Group, Russia's flag carrier airline. Established in 2014 to replace the previous low-cost operator Dobrolet, Pobeda is headquartered in Moscow and operates out of Sheremetyevo International Airport and Vnukovo International Airport.
The budget airline operates a modern fleet primarily composed of Boeing 737 aircraft, serving an extensive network of domestic routes across Russia as well as select international destinations. Low-cost carriers typically offer low base fares that cover standard cabin seating, with additional fees applied for baggage, seat assignment, and onboard services.
The travel period included in the 999-ruble sale covers the upcoming autumn and winter schedule. In commercial aviation, airlines transition to winter timetables in late October, running through late March of the following year.
Previous airline promotions in Russia
The campaign comes shortly after another Russian air carrier, S7 Airlines, launched its own major ticket sale with discounts of up to 50 percent. During the S7 promotion, passengers were permitted to select cabin seats, including extra comfort options, and register their first piece of checked luggage as part of the booking process.
S7 Airlines, legally incorporated as PJSC Siberia Airlines, is one of Russia's largest private aviation companies. Based at Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport and Moscow Domodedovo Airport, S7 operates widespread domestic services and regional international flights.
