Russian airline S7 Airlines has launched a major ticket sale offering 50 percent discounts across flight routes, according to an announcement published on the company website.
The discounted tickets are available to purchase over a three-day window from September 29 to October 1 inclusive. Passengers purchasing tickets under the promotional fare will be eligible to begin traveling from October 5.

According to S7 Airlines, passengers who book tickets during the sale will receive several extra booking options at no extra charge. These include the ability to select seats in the aircraft cabin, with options available for seats of increased comfort.
The special promotional fare also covers the registration and carriage of a first item of checked luggage. S7 Airlines noted that the total number of tickets offered at the discounted rate remains limited.
Airline background and travel preferences
S7 Airlines, legally incorporated as PJSC Siberia Airlines, is one of the largest private aviation companies and commercial passenger carriers in Russia. Operating primary airline hubs at Moscow Domodedovo Airport and Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport, the carrier maintains a domestic route network connecting major urban centers across Siberia, central Russia, and the Russian Far East, alongside selected international flights. Limited-time fare discounts are commonly deployed by major airlines to boost passenger booking volumes ahead of autumn and winter travel seasons.
Seat selection and checked baggage allowances are standard features in commercial aviation pricing models. Options for increased comfort typically refer to seats positioned near emergency exits or at the front of the passenger cabin, which offer extra legroom for travelers during flight.
Popular destinations for Russian travelers
The promotional discount campaign comes as travel industry data highlights shifting travel patterns among Russian tourists. Recent destination surveys identified Japan, Vietnam, and China as the leading foreign countries for repeat visits by Russian travelers, reflecting strong regional demand for Asian business and leisure destinations.
