The influencer shared a side-by-side snapshot taken one minute apart to show you how to pose and how the clothes you wear can completely change your body.

On the left side, Molly pulled the black leggings up to the waist, creating a wraparound effect.

She also wore a black bralette which revealed her toned chest, Molly took this photo at 8am.

But just a minute later, the influencer’s body seemed to have a different look.

The girl lowered her sports leggings to her hips, showing her belly more relaxed than in the photo taken a minute earlier.

Molly explained: “What you see online [does not equal] what is real life like

“Remember to take everything you see online with a grain of salt, as you will most likely be shown one side of your life, your body, your story, you don’t always see the other.

“It’s okay to pick the best photo, pose, outfit, but remember not to compare yourself to that snapshot on their social media.

“Be kind to yourself.”

Shocked by Molly’s positive message, many people flocked to the comments to thank her for showing the “reality” behind social media.

One person commented: “Reality all the way”.

Another user added: Finally a real one! It is so legitimate. I love your body!!!

As a third person expressed: It’s very easy to be hard on yourself when comparing what everyone posts online with a natural body. Thanks for sharing something that really makes a difference!

Someone else cheered: “Thank you for being so genuine and transparent.”

Meanwhile, a fifth person shared: “I bow to your authenticity. Thank you for showing our younger generation what is real. “
