The shooting of the full-length musical “Alice in Wonderland”, starring Anna Peresild, has begun. The director’s chair is taken by Yuri Khmelnitsky, known for his film “Ice 3”. The musical basis of the film was songs from the disco performance of the same name, based on poems by Vladimir Vysotsky.
The story focuses on a 15-year-old girl named Alice, who finds herself in Wonderland, where the sun is always at its peak and time does not exist. The schoolgirl sees her parents and friends among the locals, but no one recognizes her. The unknown guest is called the antipode. The production company Mediaslovo said in its personal blog that Alice will have to go through many tests to return home.
One of the most notable characters in The Hatter will be played by Milos Bikovich. The film will also feature Paulina Andreeva, Irina Gorbacheva, Sergei Burunov and others.
