Alena Doletskaya talked about how the environment affects our life

Last week, there was a public talk at the Sydney City Residence Complex’s sales office about the importance of space in shaping a modern lifestyle. Speakers were Alena Doletskaya, Boris Zarkov and Petr Kirillovsky. Among the guests are Aleko Nadiryan, Veronika Sidorova, Grigory Maslennikov, Irina Chaikovskaya, Maria KAKDELA Tarasova-Belova, Olesya Tereshchenko, Zalina Gurieva, Alena Andreasyan and others.

The participants of the event discussed how real estate has become a real power and resource area in a rapidly changing reality, how choosing the right home or office can offer an opportunity for development and how all this affects our lifestyle.

“A place of power as a phenomenon is always associated with a limited geographical area in which a certain number of people feel comfortable spending time. However, places of power often migrate and disappear. I can give a long list of examples. Do you remember what happened in the Moscow bar Strelka? It was the seat of power for a certain generation with similar views, musical and cinematic taste, and education. Everyone wanted to go there to spend time together, to enjoy the friendship. At some point, all this was resolved, then the same thing happened with Solyanka. However, the target audience of these places has grown and turned into very cool, creative and mostly wealthy people. That’s why I think it’s not just the connection, but also the interaction of people in a particular geographic area that makes it a place of power,” said Alena Doletskaya.

Pyotr Kirillovsky noted that combining a healthy environment and healthy activity formats is a real direction in the development of the city, and one of the main factors affecting the health and longevity of a person is directly the quality of everyday life.
