Less than a month to go until the long-awaited “Black Adam”. Therefore, this Wednesday 21 September, Dwayne Johnson and Warner Bros have released a new trailer featuring scenes from many other DC movie characters as Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) or Superman (Henry Cavill). However, the problem comes with the appearance of Steppenwolf from the 2017 version of “Justice League”. The inclusion of images from the film directed by Joss Whedon piqued the anger of fans, and made this new trailer had to be fixed.

Johnson himself, who will debut as Shazam’s infamous enemy, was forced to share the trailer again on his social networks after removing the criticized images. “correct”wrote the “Jumanji: Welcome to the jungle” actor on his Twitter account. “Long before the world of heroes and villains, Black Adam ruled everything. A god without mercy and power born of anger. The Man in Black will be released in theaters around the world in a month”.

It should be noted that the deleted scene was very short. In the original preview, the aforementioned villain Steppenwolf, Darkseid’s lieutenant, hit his weapon against the ground causing an explosion.. If it weren’t for the controversies formed on social media, it would be difficult to distinguish both trailers.

The film starring the legendary wrestling wrestler will be released in the cinemas of our country on October 21st. Additionally, ‘Black Adam’ is directed by Spaniard Jaume Collet-Serra, known for his work in other films such as ‘Without Identity’ or ‘Orphan’. The plot will follow the life of the anti-hero once he is freed from his earthly grave, ready to do so unleashing the unique form of justice in the modern world.

The rest of the film’s cast consists of Sarah Shahi (‘A Bullet in the Head’), Pierce Brosnan (‘The World is Never Enough’), Aldis Hodge (‘The Invisible Man’), Quintessa Swindell (‘Euphoria’ ) or Noah Centineo (“To all the guys I fell in love with”), among others.
