In addition, EU restrictions will affect the head of the Independent Oil and Gas Company and the former head of Rosneft, Eduard Khudainatov, the wife of billionaire Andrei Melnichenko, Alexandra, the wife of billionaire Alexei Mordashov, Marina and the son of businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, Pavel. There are 65 Russian and 18 legal entities in total on the list.
