Krysten Ritter shares the first footage from the second season of DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN

Kristen Ritter I recently posted some first look footage Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 on her Instagram Stories, which features her return as Jessica Jones.

The short clip was originally revealed during Marvel Studios’ New York Comic Con panel, and it’s pretty cool to see Jessica Jones officially returning to the MCU.

The 20-second video started with Wilson Fisk laughing before cutting to Matt Murdock in full Daredevil mode, brawling in his spiffy new suit.

The highlight, however, was seeing Jessica Jones team up with Murdock as they took on Kingpin and his anti-vigilante task force.

Within hours of Ritter’s post, fans reshared the clip on social media, garnering over 1.1 million views. This marks Ritter’s first appearance as Jones since Jessica Jones ended in 2019, and fans are obviously thrilled to have her back.

Second Brad WinderbaumHead of Marvel TV, Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again delves deep into New York politics under Mayor Fisk’s control. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Winderbaum explained, “New York politics” will take center stage, with showrunner Dario Scardapane aiming to tell “a reflection of the world outside your window.”

He also described the tone as “palace intrigue-style storytelling” and compared it to Game of Thrones in how it handles power and corruption.

The series is the protagonist Charlie Cox, Vincenzo D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Jon BernthalAND Margherita Levieva. This season sees Murdock struggle to take back a city under authoritarian lockdown after Fisk declares martial law. With Jones back in the mix, apparently Daredevil: Born Again is setting up a truly incredible showdown.

Season two will premiere on Disney+ in March 2026.
