The actor’s wife, Emma Heming Willis, shared a black-and-white video on her social media page of Willis shaking hands with a police officer and taking a photo. Thus, the famous actor expressed his gratitude to the first responders who were struggling with the consequences of the disaster.
“When Bruce saw first responders, he never missed an opportunity to express his gratitude with a hearty handshake and a “thank you for your service.” Yesterday was no different,” Emma wrote.
Recall that Bruce Willis left Hollywood in 2022 after being diagnosed with aphasia, a disease that negatively affects language skills. Last year, his family announced that the actor’s condition had “progressed” and that he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
