Nores is seeking compensation of one billion rubles from Nores, claiming that he was made a scapegoat for the star’s tragic death. Nores was charged last month with manslaughter for leaving Payne alone even though he knew she was helpless.

Roger alleges that Jeff made “misleading, false and defamatory” statements against him in his statement to police detectives in Buenos Aires. “The inaccurate contents of Defendant Jeff’s two affidavits were and continue to be the proximate cause of plaintiff’s injury and harm, including damage to reputation,” court documents said, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
Roger claims that all “net financial proceeds” from the case will be given to Liam’s son Bear. The former One Direction member’s death was learned on the night of October 17. Hotel guests said that a few hours before the tragedy, there was a knock on the door and screams. They even thought renovations were ongoing.
