Ingredients for the gluten-free pizza recipe
For the dough:
- 300 g of rice flour
- 20 cl of warm water
- 1 sachet of brewer’s yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
To garnish:
- 250 g of tomato puree
- 50 g of grated mozzarella
- Black olives
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- salt
- Pepper

The steps of the gluten-free pizza recipe
For the dough
Step no. 1: In a salad bowl mix the rice flour, yeast and salt.
Step no. 2: Add the warm water and knead the dough with your hands until it becomes elastic.
Step no. 3: Place it in a lightly greased salad bowl (with olive oil) then cover it with a cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour.
Step no. 4: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step no. 5: Once the dough has risen properly, roll it out on baking paper.
For garnish
Step no. 1: Once the dough has been rolled out, pour the tomato coulis into a saucepan and heat it with salt, pepper and a vegetable stock cube. Once hot, pour the coulis over the dough.
Step no. 2: Sprinkle the mozzarella over the tomato sauce.
Step no. 3: Don’t forget the olives!
Step no. 4: Cook for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal !
