Marty told TV Week magazine that he believes the battle between Steph and Gian and Eliza and Liberty will be the winner.

“Due to the size of the property, the northern orientation and the results of the winning rooms, House 4 would be the clear frontrunner. [Steph and Gian]and 5 [Eliza and Liberty],” he explained.

However, Marty said any of the houses in the Melbourne suburb could break price records.
