The simple crumble recipe
To prepare this snack you will need:
- 150 g of flour
- 75 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- Cinnamon (optional)
- 3 apples (or 3 pears, depending on taste)
Start by doing preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the apples (or pears) and cut them into cubes. Then, in a salad bowl, mix the flour and sugar (and a teaspoon of cinnamon if you like) then add the butter into small pieces. Mix everything together with your fingers until you obtain a very sandy paste. Finally, butter a moldand place the apples on the bottom. Add the dough on top and, soon, in the oven for 25 minutes.
