Prince Harry believes the British press was a “major factor” in his breakup with his longtime girlfriend. In a written statement obtained by The New York Times, the Duke of Sussex said he believed their relationship was “always doomed” due to the “curious stares of the tabloids”.
“It was nothing but the feeling of being watched all the time,” Harry wrote. “I think it was even harder to deal with when Chelsea lived in England … There’s a limit to what everyone can get,” Page Six was quoted as saying.
