The Association of Film Whistleblowers of Spain, journalists who cover cultural news, and especially cinema and series, have announced the list of nominations for their annual awards in Zaragoza. The Feroz Awards 2023, the 10th edition, already has Silver Wolf nominees.

The film with the most nominations this year is Rodrigo Sorogoyen’s ‘As bestas’, which accumulates ten nominations. Sorogoyen is the only director in a spectacularly female-dominated category. The next feature films with the most nominations are Alauda Ruiz de Azúa’s ‘Cinco lobitos’, which starts with seven possible awards, and Carlota Pereda’s ‘Cerdita’, with six options for a statuette.
As for the series, ATRESplayer Premium’s ‘La ruta’ is the one with the most nominations, you are specifically. They are followed by four nominations from ‘Blackout’ and ‘Turnip’, from Movistar+, ‘Intimacy’, from Netflix, and ‘I don’t like driving’, from TNT. This year, the Best Screenplay of a Series category was presented, which had the honor of inaugurating ‘Blackout’, ‘Self-Defense’, ‘Easy’, ‘Intimacy’ and ‘La rue’.
The Feroz 2023 Awards will be presented on Saturday 28 January, also at the Zaragoza Auditorium, and can be followed live on YouTube. No details have yet been revealed about who or who the gala presenters will be. The latest edition saw Paula Púa and Nacho Vigalondo as masters of ceremonies. What we do know is that Pedro Almodóvar will take the stage to receive the Feroz de Honor.
