Ryan Reynolds is back as Deadpool in a new promotional video for SickKids, and in it he teams up with Kidpool (Inez Reynolds) and star of the Wonder Woman series Lynda Carterto help eliminate sick children… or er, eliminate disease from children.
The video comes from Reynolds and Maximum Effort’s annual Christmas campaign in support of the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and features Deadpool and Kidpool commandeering Santa’s sleigh to deliver presents.
When Kidpool asks what they should do next, Deadpool suggests that it’s time to deal with childhood illnesses. When Deadpool acknowledges that they might be too “R-rated” for the task, Lynda Carter shows up, who is a much more wholesome representative.
