See Ghostface in brutal action in the MORTAL KOMBAT 1: KHAOS REIGNS trailer

Ghostface from Cry the franchise joins the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns roster next week and NetherRealm has released the official gameplay trailer featuring the murderous assassin in brutal action.

As you’ll see, he makes good use of his knife and also displays his Fatality, which is perfectly in line with his kills in the film series.

The description reads: “Panic has gripped the kingdoms as its citizens fear for who Ghostface’s next victim might be. The numerous killers who have worn the Ghostface mask all share one terrifying trait: they take joy in inflicting pain and taking lives.

“Armed with a menacing knife, an encyclopedic knowledge of horror films, and a psychopathic compulsion to torture, Ghostface has become an infamous symbol of terror.”

Ghostface’s moveset includes the signature hunting knife to inflict pain on opponents, crawling abilities for sneaky ground-level attacks, and the ability to phone in another Ghostface partner to help kill victims.

We also get to see a glimpse of Ghostface’s Animality, which sees him conveniently transforming into a vulture for a bloody feast.

Ghostface will be available via Early Access on November 19th for those who purchased the Khaos reigns expansion, kollection or bundle. Everyone else will have access to Ghostface on November 26th.

Ghostface will finally be joined by the other two guest characters from the Khaos Reigns expansion: the T-1000 with the voice and likeness of the actor Roberto Patrizio; AND Conan the Barbarianwith the actor’s appearance Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
