Emergency workers contained a fire at a Wildberries sorting center in Tula Oblast after a Ukrainian drone struck the facility overnight, officials said. Tula Oblast Governor Dmitry Milyaev announced on Telegram that crews localized the blaze and are dousing the remaining structures with water.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked Tula Oblast during the night of August 5. At least one drone fell on the sorting facility, igniting the fire. Wildberries reported that employees were evacuated in time.

Specialists from Rospotrebnadzor are currently working at the site. Milyaev stated that testing has not detected any elevated levels of harmful substances in the air.
Separately, retired Colonel Anatoly Matviychuk suggested that the drones attacking Tula Oblast could have been launched from third countries, including Baltic states.
