Paramount Pictures has revealed the teaser trailer and featurette for the biopic Better manwhich will tell the story of the British pop star Robbie Williams.
The film comes with the caption: “Discover an extraordinary journey that cannot be told in an ordinary way.” As you’ll see, one of the most interesting aspects of the film is the fact that Williams is displayed as a photorealistic ape.
This original musical comes from the director of The greatest showmanMichael Gracey, and it sounds like a crazy movie!
Better Man is based on “the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall and extraordinary rebirth of British pop superstar Robbie Williams, one of the greatest entertainers of all time.
“Under the visionary direction of Michael Gracey, the film is uniquely told from Williams’ point of view, capturing his wit and indomitable spirit.
“It follows Robbie’s journey from childhood, to being the youngest member of chart-topping boyband Take That, to his unrivaled successes as a record-breaking solo artist – all the while facing the challenges that stratospheric fame and success can bring”.
The film is also the protagonist Jonno Davis, Steve Pemberton, Damon Herriman, Rachele Banno, Alison Steadman, Kate Mulvaney, Frazer Hadfield, Tom BudgeAND Anthony Hayes.
Better Man will be released in select theaters on December 25, 2024, Christmas Day. It will expand to a nationwide release on January 17, 2025 early next year. Watch the trailer and tell us what you think!
