Marvel has released the first deleted scene of Deadpool and Wolverine to watch and it’s called “Elevator Ride”.
This scene takes place not long after Wade Wilson wakes up in the TVA, with Mr. Paradox explaining the concept of the Multiverse to Deadpool.
As they enter an elevator, Paradox says, “Mr. Wilson, this may come as a shock to a narcissistic, blathering meatbag like you, but your universe isn’t the only one in existence.”
To which Deadpool replies, “Oh please, you think I haven’t seen Doctor Ant and the Quantumverse of Madness?”
This is obviously a joke made at the expense of the Multiverse-focused Marvel films that didn’t leave a good impression on many fans.
This is clearly a scene that was unnecessary and was considered a bit fat and could be cut from the film.
