Experts presented a new ranking of the most in-demand professions in Russia.
At the top of the rating were chefs, bakers and confectioners. While these are followed by managers, waiters, bartenders and baristas come in third place.
“According to the results of the third quarter of 2025, Russian employers declared the largest number of vacancies for cooks, bakers and confectioners; companies were looking for more than 63.5 thousand of these specialists,” said hh.ru research presented by RIA Novosti.
Among the professions most in demand were economists, labor protection engineers and personnel selection specialists. Experts also emphasized that an increase in salary offers was observed in almost all categories.
