We have two seasons of Daredevil: Reborn coming soon, and while we don’t know exactly what the story will entail or how it will unfold, this series is sure to set up some interesting and engaging Marvel stories in the future.
During a Q&A with members of The Cosmic Circus Discord, industry expert Alex Perez offers some insight into what Marvel Studios might be thinking about the future of street-level superheroes.
He said that Marvel sees Daredevil as a “gateway” so they can explore stories about various other “street-level superheroes.” In terms of interactions, we can expect, of course, the long-awaited team-up between Spider-Man and Daredevil.
He went on to mention other characters Daredevil might meet: “I’ve also heard of some future ideas for Daredevil to meet other heroes, specifically Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight and Florence Pugh’s Black Widow. However, these are still just future ideas for different projects.”
It would be really interesting to see Daredevil interact with any of these Marvel characters! However, it has been stressed that these are just ideas for now and we have no idea if these character interactions will ever happen.
