A new John Wick The spin-off series is currently in development at Lionsgate Television titled John Wick: Under the High Commissioner’s TableThe series is said to pick up immediately after the events of John Wick: Chapter 4.
The series is described as follows: “John Wick has left the world of the High Table in a precarious position, and a host of new characters will attempt to make their names while some of the franchise’s most loyal characters remain loyal to the old world order.”
The series is explained to “unite the new and the old and push the Wick universe into a new era.”
actor will executive produce the series alongside Thunder Road’s Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee. Franchise director Chad Stahelski will also executive produce and direct the pilot.
Roberto Levine (The Old Man, Black Sails) will serve as writer, showrunner and executive producer of the series.
Stahelski signed a deal with Lionsgate earlier this year to oversee the expansion of the John Wick franchise across all media. This is one of several projects in development, but it is the first new spinoff to be officially announced.
John Wick: Under the High Commissioner’s Table It is the second TV series set in the world of John Wick after the miniseries The Continental: From the World of John Wick.
