Greece's Public Employment Service DYPA published temporary candidate lists on Thursday for its 2026 book voucher scheme worth 3.75 million euros.
The program provides 150,000 individual vouchers valued at 25 euros each, including value added tax, to eligible applicants across the country.
Lists covering successful beneficiaries, dependents, and excluded applicants, alongside the official registry of participating providers, are now available on the agency's website at www.dypa.gov.gr.

Each voucher takes the form of a unique electronic code number, enabling recipients to purchase any book of their choice at a 10 percent discount from participating bookstores and publishing houses listed in the provider registry.
Filing Objections and Deadlines
Applicants who submitted a request for the scheme have the right to file a single objection if their application was rejected or scored incorrectly.
The agency announced that the window for lodging appeals opens on Friday, 21 August 2026 at 10:00 and closes on Saturday, 22 August 2026 at 23:59.
All objections must be submitted exclusively online through the official government portal at gov.gr. The agency specified that any appeals submitted outside the electronic platform will not be examined.
To complete the process, users must navigate through the portal sections for Home, Work and Insurance, Compensation and Benefits, and Book purchase vouchers. Applicants filing an objection must state their specific reasons clearly, such as incorrect point scoring or fulfillment of participation criteria, and attach scanned supporting documents to substantiate their claims.
DYPA instructed applicants to consult the Annex of Part 2 of the Public Call for detailed instructions on proving eligibility and point criteria before attaching their supporting paperwork.
Program Implementation and Background
DYPA confirmed in an official announcement that the 2026 book voucher program will be implemented from 1 September to 31 December 2026.
