AMC premiered the first intense teaser trailer for The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 at Comic-Con. If you’re a fan of the franchise, it looks like the next season will continue this dark story in some interesting ways.
The stars of the show Dr. Jeffrey Dean Morgan AND Lauren Cohan, together with the showrunner Eli Jorne showed up to the Hall H panel to share the footage.
The footage shows Negan reuniting with his barbed wire-covered baseball bat… Lucille and it looks like he might be falling back into his old vile ways as he torments people. Then there’s Maggie (Cohan) who vows to save Negan from an unknown threat.
It was also revealed that Cohan will make his directorial debut with an episode of season two.
The Walking Dead: Dead City is now streaming on AMC Plus in the US, with season two set to debut in 2025.
