Jennifer’s next movie will premiere on Prime Video on February 16, 2024, the same day her ninth album releases. She announced the film on Nov. 27 with a promotional clip that features lots of dancing from the “Let’s Get Loud” hitmaker. “Hear. See. Live it,” says the clip, which shows Jennifer singing “This Is Me…Now.”

What is it This is me… now: the movie From?
This is me now was directed by David Meyers and was co-written by Jennifer and Ben, among others. The film is “an intimate, thoughtful, sexy, funny, fantastical and highly visual narrative musical reinvention [Jennifer’s] love life is being publicly scrutinized,” according to a press release.
The conclusion of one of J.Lo’s music videos promoting the film says: “This musical experience is a manifestation through music, film and reality, of life’s journey in search of the truth about love.”
In another video, Jennifer sits in the rain and reads a letter before throwing it into the fire. The letter is dated December 24, 2002 and signed “B,” which is likely Ben, who Jennifer split from in early 2004 before getting back together nearly two decades later. The letter says: “Life is hard, but you are sweet. Thanks for the gift. I hope you like flowers. You told me you could never have enough. I have faith in you.” Jennifer recounts the clip and says: “When I was little, when someone asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up, my answer was always… passionate.”

Obviously Jennifer will be the protagonist of the film inspired by her next album. But who else will appear? This is me… now: the movie? Additional cast members are expected to be announced at a later date, ahead of the film’s February 16 release.
