Many fans are curious as to how Zack Snyderthe next science fiction film by rebel moon is about to reveal itself and there seems to be a fair amount of excitement surrounding it. Today we have a new poster to share with you that shines a spotlight on the film’s main characters.
The poster also came with a note confirming that the first teaser trailer for the film will be released tomorrow on Tuesday, August 22, so stay tuned for that! I have no doubt it will get Snyder fans pumped for his Star Warsinspired project.
The story follows a group of rebel rebels who rise up to fight against a gigantic evil empire. It is set in a “peaceful colony on the edge of the galaxy that finds itself threatened by the armies of the tyrannical regent Balisarius. They send a young woman with a mysterious past to seek out warriors from nearby planets to help them make a stand against the Tyrant. You can find out many more details about the series here.
Snyder previously spoke about the project, saying, “This is me growing up like Akira Kurosawa fan, a Star Wars fan. It’s my love of sci-fi and a giant adventure. My hope is that this too becomes a huge IP and a universe that can be built.”
This is a two part film and each part will have an R-rated edition for fans to watch as well. The film is the protagonist Charlie Hunnam, Ed Skrein, Bae Doona, Djimon Hounsou. Ray Fisher, Jena Malone, Ed Skrein, Stuart Martin, Cary Elwes, Corey Stoll, Michiel Huismann, Anthony Hopkins, AND Alfonso Herrera.
Part before rebel moon is scheduled to arrive on Netflix on December 22 after a limited theatrical release.
