Although we haven’t yet seen anything officially released online for the first season of X-Men ’97production on season 2 is already underway and the voice cast is currently recording.
Lenore Zannwho reprises Rogue’s role on the series, recently confirmed she’s back at the booth to record Rogue’s dialogue for X-Men ’97. He re-shared a post about X from an X-Men fan account announcing that production X-Men ’97 had started and came with the following comment: “Heck yeah Sugah! We’ve started – and I think you’re going to like it.”

The Marvel series begins with Magneto and the X-Men after Professor X departs for Shi’ar space in the original show’s series finale. The series brings back the original voice cast included Cal Dodd (Glutton), George Buzza (Beast), Alison Sealy-Smith (Storm), Chris Potter (gambit), Catherine Disher (Jean Grey), Adrian Hough (Nightcrawler), e Christopher Britton (Sinister Minister).
The official synopsis reads: “Storm and Wolverine try to continue the X-Men. Magneto arrives and wants to step up for Charles Xavier. Sinister arrives to try and end the X-Men once and for all.”
Some footage from the series was shared with fans at Comic-Con, but no footage has been posted online. DeMayo shared on the panel that work on the series is “deeply in post on season one” and is expected to debut on Disney+ in late 2023.
