Netflix has acquired Oscar-nominated Jon Spaihts (dune: part one & Two) to write his live action weapons of war Film, based on the hit video game series, Deadline can confirm.

First announced by the streamer in November, the project is produced in partnership with The Coalition and features a mature animated series set in the world of gaming with the potential for more stories in the future.
