Black Jack (Nacho Libre, School of rock) is reuniting with his Shallow hal directors, The Farrelly brothersfor a new Christmas comedy called Dear Santa Clauswhich is in the works at Paramount. Bobby Farrelly is set to direct and Peter Farrelli is on board to produce with Bobby. Jeremy Kramer is producing the film with the Farrellys.

The film centers on a young boy, who while writing his yearly note to Santa, mixes up the letters and sends them to Satan instead. Black recently teased the project on social media when he posted a photo of her posing with some Christmas decorations with no context that got everyone talking about what it could be.
Featured alongside Black is Robert Timothy Smithas well as a supporting cast which includes Keegan-Michael Key, Brianne Howey, Hayes MacArthur, PJ Byrne Newcomer Jaden Carson Baker, Kai CechAND Mail Austin.
The current working draft is by the Farrelly Brothers e Ricky Blitwith the original idea of Dan Even.
Black will soon be seen in Universal’s The Super Mario Bros. Movie as the voice of Bowser, which will be released in April 2023. Coming soon, he will be seen in Lionsgate’s Borderlands. This summer, Black and Kyle Gass will embark on their European tour Tenacious D.
