XYZ Films has released a trailer for the upcoming indie horror thriller titled The resurrection of Charles Manson. The film is the protagonist Frank Grillo, who finds himself channeling the infamous cult leader. The film was directed by Frank’s son Remy Grilloand doesn’t seem to offer anything unique, but some of you might be interested.

The story follows “a young couple who hope to create an aesthetically pleasing audition for a Charles Manson film. But when the pair choose an eclectic deserted Airbnb as the perfect backdrop, the dark events of the audition material slowly slip into their reality… Eventually, they find themselves entangled in the sinister plot of an occult leader.
The rest of the cast includes Will Pelz, Sarah Dumont, James King, Sydelle Noël, Catherine Hughes, Alex Well, Josh PlasseAND Kellen McAlone.
The Resurrection of Charles Manson in select theaters and on VOD starting March 16, 2023.
