‘The Bachelor’: Zach has questions about Christina after Brianna walks out on her behavior

As the girls chatted at the after party, some of them were upset that Christina kept bringing up the fact that she had the first one-on-one date of the season. “Christina really likes to talk about her personal date with Zach”, Catarina Izzo he said in a confessional. “Maybe he wants to throw it in our faces or he just doesn’t know, but he makes me uncomfortable. It’s not that I don’t care or that I’m not happy for you, but we both know it. We discovered her face to face. In a confessional, Brooklyn added, “Christina definitely hijacked that charity moment. Like she’s trying to intimidate and manipulate and be calculated. I’m sick of your bullshit.

Meanwhile, this behavior followed earlier tension between Christina and another woman, Brianna Thorbourne. Brianna wasn’t happy with the way Christina joked that she “hated” her for making America’s first impression on her first night. Brianna approached Zach with her concern about one of the women in her house, but she didn’t say who was bothering her. However, after hearing what happened to Charity, she Brianna couldn’t take it anymore.

Zach threw a pool party for the girls, when Brianna decided to leave the show. “I feel raw and numb at the same time,” Brianna said in a confessional. “It confuses me when I see connections forming, and some of these women say they have such deep feelings when I feel there might be nothing romantic between me and Zach. So I’m downcast, a little heartbroken and I feel like I’m walking out.”

Brianna reached out to Zach to let him know of her decision, and since she was leaving anyway, she named Christina after the woman who made her feel that way. “I feel like our connection hasn’t taken off because of some difficult stuff I’ve been through at home,” Brianna explained. “I think a lot of girls struggle to be themselves because they have had such a difficult time and been bullied by this person. She made Charity cry after you gave her the rose, she made me cry several times. We have to be able to be in a safe environment where there is no intimidation. For more people than me, Christina does. I just wanted to let you know how I’m feeling, but I have to go for my peace of mind.

Zach respected Brianna’s decision, but was “shocked” to hear this about Christina. “I absolutely want this to be a safe space for women, and if they don’t feel safe with me then something is wrong,” he said. Zach pushed Christina away and confronted her with Brianna’s allegations. “Some of the girls have confronted me about annoying people,” shared Christina. “I’m capable of being cheerful, outgoing and loud, and many people think I want to be the center of attention or feel privileged. There were two girls to deal with and I was able to clarify and I thought I was done.”

Zach reiterated to Christina that he hasn’t had time to deal with any drama. “Do you know where it is difficult for me?” she asked. “It’s just that I’m here to find my best friend and I have to deal with stuff like this. I’m worried. One hundred percent.” Christina was in tears when she told Zach that this “didn’t make sense” to her. She also insisted that it would be “a mistake” to believe this information about her. He ended the conversation by letting her know that I needed time to think”. She also spoke to some of the other women, including Charity, who supported Brianna’s story.

“I don’t want anyone to suffer for something I did,” Christina said in a tearful confessional. “That was never the intention. I thought we understood that. I’ve been through a lot to be here. I have my daughter at home and I understand that I was misunderstood, but to scold me for this is nonsense. I’m a lot, but I didn’t intentionally hurt anyone. It just doesn’t feel right and it really hurts.

Ultimately, Zach decided not to give Christina a rose at the rose ceremony and sent her home instead. She was devastated, but she told Zach that she understood him and wished him well. He apologized for having to eliminate her, but he knew it was the best decision to move forward. “Now, it hurts a little bit,” Christina said. Zach surprised me. I was hoping I would like it, but not as much as I did it so fast. I hope you will find your person. Unfortunately it’s not me.”
