In early December, Lost Odyssey: The Red Scribe took place at LA Comic Con and featured the world premiere of the new The Lord of the Rings RPG from Free League Publishing. The event functioned to raise funds for Extra Life For Kids and was attended by a celebrity cast and the public.
If you missed the event, it was just announced that there is no need to be sad as it has been recorded and the VOD will be released in 2023. Recently, it was announced that the Lost Odyssey the team is launching an Extra Life marketplace on eBay with all proceeds from each item going to Extra Life. This market will be open until VOD is released.
The cast for The Red Scribe includes Kate Welch (Incorporated Acquisitions) as master of the game and Deborah Ann Woll (Reckless), Reggie Watts (The Late Late Show with James Corden), TJ Storm (Dead Pool), Luke Gygax (GaxxWorx) and Baker Hall (The Lord of the Rings Trilogy). They all make an appearance in the trailer alongside good old Master Frodo, Elijah Woodto promote the event. The trailer looks like a lot of fun and I’m excited to watch the VOD when it comes out in 2023.
