Page Six writes that Diane Keaton’s friend Sarah Paulson was seen in tears as she left the late actress’ Los Angeles home on Saturday.
The American Horror Story actor, 50, looked distraught during the visit and was at one point seen hugging someone on the street. Paulson was later seen driving a black car down the street after leaving Keaton’s house.
Sarah Paulson and Diane Keaton have been friends for many years. During a June 2021 chat with Interview magazine, Keaton answered questions from her famous friends, including Paulson: “What person, place or thing makes your heart sing? (You can say it’s me),” Paulson playfully replied, to which Keaton responded: “Of course Sarah, you make my heart sing. My friends make my heart sing. My kids make my heart sing.”
Also, another actress, Mandy Moore, remembered Keaton 18 years after their collaboration on the 2007 romantic comedy Because I Said So: “They say you shouldn’t date your idols, but I worked with one of them and even called her ‘mom’ for a few months. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime honor.”
