The billionaire casino mogul and his former model were spotted heading back to Packer’s Beverly Hills mansion, which has been listed for sale at an asking price of $US85 million ($132 million).
They were accompanied by two other men, one of whom appeared to be his personal trainer.
Packer led the group and smoked a cigarette as the group enjoyed the outdoor exercise session.

Although he had company, he was also wearing a pair of Apple AirPods.
Meanwhile, Jodhi showed off her fit body in a sleeveless white top paired with dark blue leggings.
The Sydney-based fashion designer wore her hair in soft, natural waves and looked makeup-free for the outing.
Jodhi, the founder of activewear label The Upside, has a close relationship with her ex-husband and considers him a “good friend and adviser”.

The former couple married in 1999 in a lavish ceremony in Sydney. About 750 guests were present and Elton John performed at the reception.

A recent authorized biography, The Price of Fortune: The Untold Story of Being James Packer by Damon Kitney, highlighted James’ close bond with his exes.
He told the writer, “Jodhi is a great source of happiness and friendship in my life.”
Packer added that he also still speaks “several times a day” to his second wife, Erica Packer (née Baxter), whom he divorced in 2013 after six years of marriage.
“I’m so lucky to have them both in my life,” he said, referring to Jodhi and Erica.
Packer currently commutes between LA and Aspen. He plans to continue living in the United States to be close to Erica and her children, Indigo, Jackson and Emmanuelle.
