Nigella recently spoke about how she doesn’t necessarily stick to Christmas traditions when she cooks.
She told the Sunday Times: “Although I love a slice of thick, moist Christmas cake, especially when eaten with a slice of rich, tangy cheese, I’m surrounded by people who love dried fruit in all its seasonal forms hate.”
“If no one in your family likes dried fruit, there is no point in letting a Christmas cake collect dust or simply let those who are suffering eat it.” If you’re more into chocolate cake, try this.
