sister wives star Cody Brown accused her two ex-boyfriends, Janelle Brown AND Cristina Marrone, to “talk bad” about him for “not loving them” on the Nov. 26 episode of the TLC hit. Not so, say polygamous ex-wives, who recently spoke out about the issue. “I think he’s trying to find fault because he doesn’t like the things that happen in his life,” Christine told E! News in the new interview. “He So he’s trying to criticize other people.”
Apparently Christine isn’t the only one who thinks so. “I’m sorry that she feels that way,” Janelle said. “But it seems like she’s trying to find a reason.”
Christine also addressed Kody’s alleged estrangement from some of his 18 children from four marriages. He is also separated from Meri Brownand is currently in a marital relationship with Robin Brown. “Your relationship with your children is your responsibility,” Christine told the channel. “You need to fix this.”
According to Christine, her goal is to facilitate a good relationship with the reality star. “In fact, we would love for Kody to have a great relationship with all of her children and I do everything I can to facilitate that,” she said.
The women shared how each of them decided to end their marriage to Kody. For Christine, the separation occurred in November 2021, after six children and 30 years together. “I realized it just wasn’t the relationship I was looking for for my kids,” she divulged. “And it wasn’t a relationship I was looking for on my own. And then I thought: well, now that I understand this, I’ll go ahead and leave and not stay anymore. So for me it was instant.
Janelle, however, admitted that her split from Kody in December 2022 was much less abrupt. She also shares six children with Kody and they too have been together for three decades. “Every relationship comes and goes,” she explained. “But now we really got to a very different point where we were totally opposite.”
Christine has since happily remarried. David Woolley after six months of dating.
