The revelation was made by one of the heroes of the program, whose restaurant was also visited by the film crew. On the second day, guests tend to criticize all the food served to them. However, they act according to a predetermined script.
“Guests were instructed to critique everything they served. The cameraman removes the table – everyone complains about the food, removes the camera – the guests apologize in whispers and say everything is fine.”, the BUSINESS Online publication quoted the words of the restaurateur.
