On the presence or absence of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro this season: (DEENA) I don’t think you’ll see him this season. I feel like we all wish you the best and hope you are on the right path to a better life. He has made mistakes, but we all make mistakes in life. We wish you all the best.
On her favorite part of filming this season: (DEENA) Being with everyone in general is always fun. It’s a road trip this season, so we went to a lot of different places, but my favorite was probably our friends’ trip to California to try Nicole’s new wine. It was a girls trip that just had to be done. It’s been so long since we’ve had a girls trip without the boys. I love boys, but it was nice to just have the girls having fun and letting loose and enjoying each other’s company.
(ANGELINA) I agree. We just needed this trip. We got to know each other better. I know we’ve known each other for a long time, but there’s been a lot of fun stuff on this trip. We love boys, but sometimes you just need a girls trip.
On Deena’s kids watching the show: (DEENA) I see it with the kids! CJ gets emotional when he sees himself on TV. They are very aware. I won’t hide it from him. Sure, my previous episodes are a little crazy, but I’ll just say, you know, mom was young. Honestly, everything that got me to where I am now… all those crazy moments… made me who I am today, which I think is a really strong person, so I wouldn’t take anything away from that. If they want to see it, absolutely. I’ll probably make fun of some, but I’m not hiding it. Of course it won’t be a secret.
On the possibility of continuing filming of “Jersey Shore”: (DEENA) We’re actually starting filming again in a few weeks for the rest of this season! As long as the fans love us and MTV loves us, we’re definitely down for it.
(ANGELINA) We want to turn 80 in a nursing home and I’m still hitting them over the head with my cane. It is funny. We had fun. Yes, there is drama, but it is what it is. That’s what family does and we are family.
