Cozy perfumery: the best scents for every day

The word “comfort” has become very important to a post-COVID society that has been living in the midst of geopolitical and pandemic turmoil for several years. This is reflected not only in the choice of clothes, make-up or resort, but also in the choice of fragrances. Perfume is a simple step that will help set the mood in the morning, change the day or protect against other unpleasant aromas. And in the last few years, people have come to trust perfumes with clear scents, not fancy, complex, and feathery scents.

For example, during quarantine, people missed nature – demands for perfumes smelling of freshly cut grass or garden berries, and forests grew. In 2022, the world has entered a crisis, the borders of many countries remain closed – people choose tropical floral scents, the smell of sea breezes, rare fruits that do not grow in their own latitudes. And such chains can be sustained for a long time, but we prefer to present you our selection of the most comfortable fragrances, which we have divided into several colors of the palette. Greens are different aspects of the natural world. Pink – flowers and fruits. Blue – sea and tranquility. Yellow – sun, sunset and beach. Choose according to your liking.

Greens

Three completely different fragrances show the polyphony and versatility of green manifestations in the perfume world. Infinite Definitive is a bunch of fresh grass cut with a sharp and clean blade that makes you a silver-armoured green-eyed elf and powers your inner core. Brand new in Russia, Jade from Somens, on the contrary, is a dolce vita flowing between leaves slightly wilted from the heat and fruits that are already starting to gain strength and juice. And Olivier Onde is all about the rough trunk, the noise of the wind in the olive branches, and the restraint.

Pink

This group includes fragrances that, while not rosy in appearance, are completely inside. F012 – this is the summertime pink dawn on the cherry tree, romance, frivolity and the emerging ovary. Incadessence is bright and dynamic, like Viva Magenta’s color of the year. Nourishing, confident and sweet rose water. But don’t let the Oud Rose confuse you with a black bottle, because it just contains a lightly powdered desert rose with oud notes that envelop and warm like the rays of a sunset.

All these scents have one thing in common – as if the sun is splashing in them. Melody of the Sun – the sun at the equator, brash, bright, cocktail and a little sea breeze. Osmanto Shock is a blooming, buzzing honey meadow with sun from all sides. E-motion is the city’s summer sun licking the concrete walls, relentlessly heating the asphalt and trying to penetrate the darkest lenses of sunglasses. The sun of the urban hedonist.

Blue

The sea has been played in perfumery countless times, so we left the collection with three fragrances that show “big water” in a not quite ordinary way. Steam, a beachside fruit market, screaming seagulls, freshly squeezed citrus juice from an old vendor, and lots of blue. Aqua Motu is about something else: a deserted beach, algae thrown ashore after a storm dries up in the sun, slices of watermelon lie nearby, and the sea sparkles, shines, sparkles. Un Air de Bretagne is usually about something else – about deep cold air at a time when the sea is out of season. About a lonely walk on the beach, prickly winds, dirty “lambs” on gloomy waves. And peace.
